Sophie Cabin
ABOUT
Welcome to Sophie Cabin, an eco-sanctuary nestled on the hills overlooking the tranquil Breede River Valley, just an hour’s drive from Cape Town and a stone’s throw from Rawsonville. Accessible by a winding dirt road through Kirabo Farm on the Le Roux Estate, this secluded retreat offers a peaceful escape and a chance to reconnect with the natural world.
Sophie is entirely off-grid, powered by solar energy, and designed with sustainability in mind. Seamlessly integrated into the landscape, her soothing yet stylish aesthetic invites you to immerse yourself in nature’s embrace.
Here, time slows down, allowing you to relish quiet moments, gaze at the moon and stars, and reflect on our shared duty to protect the Earth.

Each stay includes a complimentary wood allocation. If you plan to enjoy extended evenings by the starlit fire, we recommend bringing extra wood. Additional wood is available for purchase on-site, and payments can be made via SnapScan. Your stay also includes a bundle of fire essentials: two 10kg bags of firewood and firelighters.
We have partnered with local businesses to offer additional services and experiences to enhance your stay.
